Company Profile

Agate is registered by the Business Service Seta.  The company was founded in April 1997.

Operational Location

Agate's Head Office is situated in  Port Elizabeth.  We present training seminars in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Bloemfontein and Port Elizabeth.  Training seminars are presented at various conference venues.  We provide "in-house/on-the-job" training to commerce and industry at their premises.  One-on-one training is provided at our offices.

Institutional Strengths

We are flexible.  This makes it easy for us to provide training for companies at all their branches throughout South Africa.  We provide a specialized training that is focused on frontline staff equipping them with personal and job-related skills.  We have a  large database of clients Nationally and Internationally.

Training is outcomes based.  A practical approach is used which incorporates techniques such as role-playing, audiovisual material, memorable training, exercises and role-plays.
